Effective for purchases on or after 4/5/2020: We will only accept a return or cancellation of an order (including full year pre-orders) for a refund up to 120 days after date of purchase. Our third-party payment vendors limit the amount of time a refund can be processed so we must adhere to that timeline. Thank you for understanding.
Pre-Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you are within 120 days of your purchase date, pre-orders of hard copies and digital materials can be cancelled up until the time a shipping label has been created or your digital materials have been delivered. The amount of your refund will be based on the unfulfilled materials. (Ex: You purchased a full year digital bundle but have only received 7 of the 10 units. Your refund would be processed for the 3 units not yet delivered.)
Digital: Unless pre-ordered, digital files are delivered immediately and therefore are not eligible for return and are final sale once they have been purchased.
Hard copies: Once your order is being processed, returns and exchanges are no longer possible except for the following cases:
If you order the wrong unit or notebook for your child or are unsatisfied with what you received, you can return any unused materials for a full satisfaction guarantee refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible to pay any additional shipping costs associated with their return or exchange. To avoid this problem, we highly recommend downloading the free sample to ensure the best placement for your child and to have an idea of how the units work.
Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following situations may result in only a partial refund (if any refund is applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
The processing time for your refund will vary depending on your credit card company or bank. If you have not seen the refund on your statement after a week from the date of your refund confirmation email, first call the financial institution to inquire.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item via Canada Post or USPS to: RR 1 SITE 5 COMP 60, Fort Saint John BC V1J4M6, Canada.
Hard copy orders are printed and shipped every Monday and Thursday. Depending on when your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order before it is shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
