Groups continue to be a big part of homeschooling and we want to support you as you plan! You are welcome to choose to operate under our "homeschool together" model, simply requiring every family to purchase their own materials—but please note you are not permitted to print these materials for families, photocopy them, or distribute or manage them/purchase them.

If your school or co-op is larger, or if you want to manage the purchasing on behalf of families, you will benefit from our large groups and schools program. This allows you to manage the purchasing directly so that families don't have to, and we offer increasing discounts based on your order total. The discounts are only available in this bulk-order model so that is something to keep in mind as you plan and choose your structure. 

What are the requirements to be eligible for this program and discount?  

In order to put in a bulk order, we require that you order in print. This ends up being cheaper for you in the long run and saves you a lot of time as well. You will need a printed Teacher's Guide for each teacher and a printed student book for each student. 

What are the benefits of this program? 

You will receive the following discount based on the dollar value of your bulk order. Many schools and groups prefer to order multiple times a year to account for changing class sizes or level needs, so each bulk order would be discounted based on the order value at the time: 

How do I move forward? 

Simply put together your order on the website and click the 'save cart' button on the 'view cart' screen. Send us an email at support@gatherroundhomeschool.com letting us know you'd like to place a bulk order and give us your cart ID along with your shipping address and phone number. We will send you a Bulk Order Discount Agreement (this is a one page form that confirms you will abide by the licensing terms) for your signature. Once we have that we will modify your cart to apply any discount based on the volume of your order, and will send you an invoice for payment.

What if we have some days in group and some at home and also need Teacher's Guides for home use?  

For our bulk order customers who meet the Tier 1 discount minimum or above, we offer a 10% discount for each family in your group. This way parents can order the one student digital or the full family bundle at a discount if they are required to do some teaching at home as well. Just let us know how many families are in your group and we will set up a discount code that can be used once per family.

What if we want to have the digital Teacher's Guide to cast to a screen? 

Some schools and groups prefer to have a digital version in order to cast to a screen for student viewing. While this is not required, if you want to add digital to your order, we do have a casting edition of our Teacher's Guides available for purchase on a one year license. Just let us know if you would like to add this to your order. This is a stamped file that is for school use only and cannot be printed or distributed/shared with families.
