Groups continue to be a big part of homeschooling and we want to support you as you plan! You are welcome to choose to operate under our "homeschool together" model, simply requiring every family to purchase their own materials—but please note you are not permitted to print these materials for families, photocopy them, or distribute or manage them/purchase them.

If your school or co-op is larger, or if you want to manage the purchasing on behalf of families, you will benefit from our large groups and schools program. This allows you to manage the purchasing directly so that families don't have to, and we offer increasing discounts based on your order total. The discounts are only available in this bulk-order model so that is something to keep in mind as you plan and choose your structure. 

What are the requirements to be eligible for this program and discount?  

In order to put in a bulk order, we require you order in print. This ends up being cheaper for you in the long run and saves you a lot of time as well. You will require a print Teacher's Guide for each teacher and a print Student Book for each student. 

What are the benefits of this program? 

The program offers a number of benefits. The first is a complimentary planning pack that we will send you to help you prepare and plan. We will mail you a complimentary printed one day sample of any unit you are interested in (with free shipping in Canada and the continental US!) This will include the seatwork if applicable, and the scope and sequence, allowing you to see the Table of Contents, a sample lesson, the levels, and the full outline to make planning easier. You also have the option to purchase one printed unit to be included with this free shipping order. This is a great way to see the beautiful quality of our printed books, review the Teacher's Guides or Student Books in full, or show them at parent info nights. You can purchase a maximum of one of each book that is available for a unit (ie: 1 Teacher's Guide and 1 of each level of Student Notebook) and we will include those in your free shipping order.

How do I move forward? 

Moving forward is easy and entirely up to you. If you want to start with some sample packs, just send us an email and let us know what units you would like sample packs for and if you would like to purchase any other books from a unit to be included with the free shipping. Please note full books will be charged at regular price and you are limited to books from one unit only.

If you don't want a sample pack and are eager to get started on your bulk order, simply put together your order on the website and click the 'save cart' button on the 'view cart' screen, then email us your cart ID along with your shipping address and phone number. We will send you a Bulk Order Discount Agreement (this is a one page form that confirms you will abide by the licensing terms) and once we have that we will modify your cart to apply any discount based on the volume of your order, and will send you an invoice for payment.

What if we have some days in group and some at home and also need Teacher's Guides for home use?  

For our bulk order customers who meet the Tier 1 discount minimum or above, we offer a 10% discount for each family in your group. This way parents can order the one student digital or the full family bundle at a discount if they are required to do some teaching at home as well. Just let us know how many families are in your group and we will set up a discount code that can be used once per family.

What if we want to have the digital Teacher's Guide to cast to a screen? 

Some schools and groups prefer to have a digital version in order to cast to a screen for student viewing. While this is not required, if you want to add digital to your order, we do have a casting edition of our Teacher's Guides available for purchase on a one year license. Just let us know if you would like to add this to your order. This is a stamped file that is for school use only and cannot be printed or distributed/shared with families.
