Shipping policy

Order delivery timeline will include both processing time (the printing and packaging of your order) and shipping time, based on the shipping speed you selected at checkout.

Processing Time:


Processing times for printed materials may vary, depending on the time of year that an order is placed. 


During periods of normal order volume, orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Large orders over 30 books may take additional processing time.

Production times can be faster or slower depending on sales or during new launches. Due to extremely high volumes of orders, our Back to School sale can see backlogs of a month or more depending on when during the sale your order was placed, so please plan accordingly. (New daily orders placed after the sale are shipped before orders in the sale queue.)

Shipping Policy:
 

Please note that the shipping times quoted at checkout apply only once the order is received
by the courier.
Once an item is shipped, we do not have control over when your materials will arrive or what happens to the package after it leaves our warehouse. 

Shipping prices may not always show up correctly. If your shipping price seems high, send us an email.

On occasion, the actual shipping cost may differ from what was charged. If the difference is more than $10, you may receive an invoice for the additional cost or a refund for the amount overpaid.

You will receive a notification with a tracking link when your order has shipped. 

Once you receive your order, please inspect the contents fully for accuracy. If there is a problem with what you received, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of your order and include the following information:

      • A photo of the packing slip
      • Photos of the issue you are emailing about
      • A photo of all box contents

Each situation will be evaluated and dealt with on a case by case basis.

We ship internationally to many countries and military addresses. If your address is not accepted for shipping, we may not ship to your country.

Buyer is responsible for any courier duties, taxes, or brokerage fees to ensure your package arrives. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will be included and shown at checkout, and are determined by the destination country.

Please note that shipping outside of the US will result in longer shipping times. We cannot provide estimated delivery windows and we do not have control over delivery once a package leaves our warehouse.

Packages returned to sender:

      • If it's an error out of either of our control, Gather 'Round will pay to get it back to us and the customer will be responsible for paying to re-ship.       

      • If there was an error with the shipping address provided to Gather 'Round or a customer refuses or misses delivery and therefore initiates a return, the customer is held responsible for the return and re-ship costs.
