DESCRIPTION

Our Letters and Numbers program is designed for students that need extra help with mastering their numbers, concepts, or letters and sounds. Building a foundation of reading with a mastery, phonics, approach. The first two books go through the alphabet once and have very little writing, focusing instead on pre-writing skills. The second two books go through the alphabet again focusing more on phonetic mastery, phonological awareness within words, and the motor skills to form their letters. Short paragraph lessons that teach science and social studies, this program will teach everything you need through kindergarten or provide reinforcement for a struggling reader. Pro tip: some of our parents use the short paragraphs in the Teacher's Guide as reading passages for their older students in grade 2-4!
