We print to order right here in the USA! But that means we can get backlogged during sale time. We receive a large number of print orders; some of them so large that it can take half a day to print a single order on our machines. We have a team working around the clock to get sale orders out as quickly as possible, but it can still take 1-2 months for us to get to orders placed in the final hours of the sale. (That's your hint to order in the first few hours of the sale if you are in a rush - or better yet, join our Village on the app, or sign up for our Establish event to gain early access!) 

If you are planning to order during our sale but don't have units on hand to start the school year with, you may want to purchase a unit ahead of time to ensure timely arrival and skip the stress of anxiously awaiting your materials. Orders placed before June 24 or after June 30 will be subject to our usual processing time of 5-7 days. (Pro tip: If you don't mind doing some printing at home, you can also snag a digital unit in your sale order for instant delivery.)

You can check back on this page after the sale to see what order number we are starting on that day.

What does this mean? This order number is one of the first in line today, so it will be printed, bound, packaged with love, and shipped out in the next few business days. If you are comparing your order number to check your place in line, it may help to know that our invoice numbering system includes both print and digital orders. Because of that, it can appear that there are more orders ahead of you than there are. Digital products make up the bulk of our orders, so keep that in mind. We hope it is still helpful for you to see where we are in the sale queue!

When your order does ship, you will receive a notification with a tracking link so that you know when to expect it, based on the delivery time that you selected at checkout.
