This is designed to be a quick reference tool to help you find scripture related to what you are feeling or struggling with in your life. You will notice that there is space for you to write your own scripture verses and add to each one; there is also some additional space at the bottom to write what God has been speaking to your about this particular issue. I recommend that you don’t just read these out loud but use them! Ephesians 6:17–18 says, “And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.” To use God’s word, you need to memorize it, activate it, and use it: speaking it out over your situations and yes, even your feelings. As you begin to strengthen your sword arm and engage in the battle, may you begin to walk in victory—not on your own strength but through Him.
