There is a stirring—a growing sense of urgency. Time is short. Across the nation, God is awakening families, setting them apart and preparing them for this hour. We gather to seek His face, strengthen one another, and answer His call with willing hearts: “Here we are, Lord. Equip us.”

A few questions

When should we arrive and head home?

We recommend arriving Thursday evening, May 13, and staying through Sunday morning, May 16. This gives you time to settle in before Friday’s sessions and stay for our final session on Saturday evening.

The main gathering is May 14–15, 2027. If you’re participating in the optional graduation ceremony on Thursday, plan to arrive in time for that celebration.

Do we have to homeschool or use Gather ’Round?

No! This gathering is open to everyone. You don’t have to homeschool or use Gather ’Round to join us for worship, prayer, teaching, and fellowship. Come with your family or come on your own—we’d love to welcome you.

What will the gathering be like?

Expect the feel of a retreat, with worship-led sessions, biblical teaching, prayer, and time with Rebecca and her family. We’ll talk about recognizing the times we’re living in and preparing our hearts for what God has ahead, with space to follow the Spirit’s leading.

Workshops and other gatherings offer opportunities to connect, ask questions, and find encouragement for your family.

How many people can come on a family ticket?

A family ticket covers your household, with no limit on the number of people in your household included. Each family also receives one welcome bag.

Individual admission is available for those coming on their own or smaller groups who prefer that option. Graduation and Marriage Breakfast require separate add-ons.

How does the graduation add-on work?

Our optional graduation celebration takes place Thursday, May 13, for recent and upcoming Gather ’Round graduates. Add one graduation ticket per participating student to your family or individual admission.

For example, a family with two graduates would purchase one family ticket and two graduation add-ons. Graduation tickets do not replace event admission.

The celebration includes a walk across the stage, a digital graduation photo, a graduation address from Rebecca, and an afterparty. You may provide an official diploma for us to present, or we’ll have a commemorative congratulations certificate ready for your graduate.

What is included in Marriage Breakfast?

Join Jonathan and Rebecca for breakfast and a marriage talk. They’ll share real stories from the trenches and talk about drawing closer to one another so we can lead our families together.

The price is $50 per couple, including breakfast for both spouses. Purchase one Marriage Breakfast add-on for the two of you, in addition to your event admission.

Who can attend Teen Night, and does it cost extra?

Teen Night takes place Friday after the main session. It is included with event admission, but registration is required for each participating student.

It is open to ages 13 and up. Mature younger students may attend at their parents’ discretion.

Where can we get meals and coffee?

The hotel is connected to The Florida Mall, with easy meal options between sessions. There is also a Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks in the hotel.

If you purchase the Marriage Breakfast add-on, breakfast for both spouses is included with that ticket.

Where is the event, and how do we book a room?

We’re gathering at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando. Staying at the venue keeps your room close by between sessions and makes it easy to enjoy the whole gathering.

Use our event booking link to check availability, rates, and reservation terms.

Can we turn the trip into a family vacation?

Absolutely! Stay a little longer before or after the gathering and make some extra family memories in Orlando. Check with the hotel about availability and rates for your additional nights.

Will Gather ’Round books be available to buy?

Yes! Browse and shop in person Friday and Saturday from 12–4 PM. It’s a chance to flip through the books and explore resources for your family.

How do we get an invitation to meet the Spooner family?

The first 100 ticket purchasers will be invited to a special meet-and-greet with the Spooner family. Meet-and-greet details are still to come.

Is the schedule final?

The schedule is proposed, and sessions and workshops may change. Check the event schedule as the gathering approaches. All listed times are local to Orlando.

Can I help or volunteer?

We’d love your help making families feel welcome and cared for. Fill out the volunteer interest form to let us know you’d like to serve at the gathering.
