Throughout this unit, students are encouraged to either make their own Botany Book (for daily nature journal prompts and observation) or purchase a simple sketch book. The back of their student books has some cut outs they can use or they can be completely artistic and paint/sketch each day. As we came close to the finish line of this unit, we decided to make a beautiful little Botany Book as an optional add-on to go along with our unit to facilitate nature journaling in case you don't want to make one!
