The Intro to Psychology Journal is about 46 pages with daily journal pages that tie in to your devotional. It includes a place to write down what you are thankful for, journal your thoughts and prayer time (which you will be prompted to do in each daily devotional) and a place to write down what God's Word has to say about it. The back has 8 battle plan pages to choose areas of focus and scriptures to speak out over those situations to help students (or parents) be intentional about using their sword. It is not a necessary add on, but a beautiful and rich add on that can be used along with Psychology or on its own.
